Easy. Book a conversation through our website. You’ll receive a short discovery form through the Engagement Hub so we can prepare properly for our first meeting.
Just yourself and an open conversation. If you have recent statements or policies handy, great—but not essential. Our discovery process will collect what we need.
As often as your life requires. Most clients check in at least annually, with additional reviews as circumstances change (career moves, property plans, family events, market shifts, etc.).
Yes. Many clients have insurance policies with benefits they’re not using. We review your existing life, trauma, income protection, and TPD cover to make sure it still fits your life today.
Absolutely. All communication and documents run through the Engagement Hub, protected by multi-factor authentication and modern security standards. Your information is private, encrypted, and never shared without your permission.
Yes. Many of our clients are interstate or overseas (particularly South African migrants). Meetings are held online and everything is managed securely through the Engagement Hub.
